The Final Phase of a Proven Master Plan
The Marlowe Apartments is the last piece of a master-planned community BVD has spent over a decade building, entitling, and delivering exactly as planned. Boulder Ventures Development acquired the 42-acre site in 2012 and secured full TSOD entitlement in an accelerated 18-month timeframe, a pace that speaks to both BVD’s execution and the city’s alignment on what this corridor should become.
Since then, BVD has delivered three multifamily developments totaling 720 units, two public/private parking structures serving the UTA TRAX station, and retail space throughout the community, with a medical office building now in planning.
